This ratchet buckle is made for 35mm webbing. It features a wide handle design for ease of use. The breaking strength is 2000kg, whilst the lashing capacity is 1000daN. The base of the ratchet has two 8mm holes that allows the ratchet to be bolted to permanent structures.
The ratchet buckle meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 1000daN stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF and part number RB3520WH for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 2000kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
