This ratchet buckle is designed for 25mm webbing. It has a breaking strength of 2000kg and a lashing capacity of 1000daN. It has a wide handle design for ease of use. The ratchet buckle is made entirely from carbon steel and the base has two 7mm holes that allows the ratchet to be bolted to permanent structures. This is a non-locking ratchet.
The ratchet buckle meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 1000daN stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF and part number RB2520WH for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 2000kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
