It has spring-loaded safety catch to ensure that, once engaged, it remains securely in place, offering a superior security level compared to its counterparts. The tube allows the hook to be bolted directly onto a ratchet. The hook is made from sturdy boron alloy steel, meaning it has a breaking strength of 5000kg and a lashing capacity of 2500daN. The size of the hook allows it to fit on to a bar up to 24mm in diameter.
