Sorry, but we only allow orders on items that are currently in stock. Feel free to contact us and we can let you know when we aim to have stock in.

Please contact us for help to amend an order.

After placing an order on our website, you should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If you haven’t received this email, we recommend checking the following:

  • Check Your Spam or Junk Email Folder: Sometimes, confirmation emails can be mistakenly directed to your spam or junk email folder. Please check these folders for an email from Liftlash.

  • Incorrect Email Address: It’s possible that there was a typo in the email address provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that the email address associated with your order is correct.

If you have checked these possibilities and still have not received your confirmation email, please contact our customer support team. Provide us with your order details (such as the order number, if available, or the name and email address used to place the order), and we will assist you further. Shipping

Liftlash is only available to ship to the UK. For enquiries outside of the UK, please contact our parent company GT Factors Ltd. who will be able to assist.

Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day.

Orders should be delivered the next working day and are shipped using Parcel Force Express24.

Oversized items should also be delivered the next working day and are shipped using DX Next Day.

Orders that contain small items with a total weight of less than 2kg are given the option of Royal Mail Tracked 48, which should be delivered in 2 days.

Refunds & Returns

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty, damaged or not as ordered, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund (including delivery charges). You must notify us of the problem and then return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must contact us at sales@liftlash.co.uk to initiate a return.

In the event that you wish to return an item(s) purchased from us that is no longer required, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item(s). You then have a further 14 days, from notifying us, for the item to be returned to us. You are responsible for the arrangement and cost of shipping.
